Pay off Loan for iPhone XR

How do I pay off my Citizen One loan for iPhone XR. I can’t login to Citizen One’s site, it doesn’t recognize my loan #.

Citizens One loan for iPhone X from July, 2017 I am on the Apple program enabling me to upgrade iPhone every 12 months. I entered program in July, 2017 and have not upgraded the phone. Today I was told by Apple support team on a land line that my X is paid for and that I own it, no need to return. I called Citizens One to confirm. Citizens One auto response says to direct any iPhone purchase questions to Apple. I want to purchase Apple 11, keep my iPhone 10 because I paid monthly the $56 fee for the phone and cost of X is satisfied through monthly payments. Please assist. Payoff iPhone Early Citizens one does not allow you to payoff your loan early online or make any payment adjustments for that matter. What the deal?? Please don't answer with, "you can call their customer service number". That should not be necessary...
