Bug camera and mic iPhone 7

After the update 13.4 im not able to use my camera app at all and if i try by whatever app (Instagram, Snapchat, Whatfont, etc ..) it freeze and lock my mi on the whole phone

it’s starting to get on my nerves after two weeks with this bug ..

Tried to downgrade but impossible without the Apple signature

if you have some tips to downgrade im totaly in !

PS: Clean phone and clean os (in case some humorist ask me to clean my phone ^^) never got a issue so important on a phone.
