iPhone X native camera app not working (Freezing or Black)

right after upgrading to iOS 13.3 my iPhone X Camera app freezes or is just black.

I have tried the resets and restores to see if that would fix it, but it only fixes it for a little bit.

I know its not a hardware issue because when I use other camera apps from the App Store the camera works fine. or when I use it on apps like; Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat etc. no issues at all.

it's just the native iPhone X camera app that doesn't work and only after I updated my phone to iOS 13.3.

are any of you currently experiencing the same issue? and if so how have you fix it? is there a way to downgrade?
