Mac Mail app crashes on startup after exchange configuration

Hello everyone,

on my iMac 27 I had Mojave and I used Mac Mail app normally with my pop3 account storing everything on my hard drive. My company mail passed to microsoft 365 account and after creating my email on microsoft exchange, I proceeded to configure it on my mac mail app. Once I did it I transferred all my inbox and folders to that mailbox using the mail app. At a certain point Mail app crashed and continues to crash every time I open it.

• I tried disabling the exchange mailbox and the mail app does not crash any more.
• I saw on my online account that mail app transferred just part of the mails I moved in that account. Most of them are still in my exchange account on my mac that crashes if I enable it
• I tried reading a bit on this community and I already
  • Moved to the desktop Library/Containers/com.apple.mail
  • Moved to the desktop Library/Containers/com.apple.MailServiceAgent
• I updated to Catalina but nothing changed

How can I use Mail App with my exchange account without it crashing?
