Logitech Combo Touch

Just got the iPad 7th Gen & the Logitech Combo Touch keyboard. When I attached with the Smart Connector I get a message on the iPad that the device is not supported. These were purchased thru Apple as compatible products. Help!!

Logitech Combo Touch - Device not compatible I recently bought a brand new iPad 9th gen and Logitech Combo Touch for it. When y snap the keyboard on the Smart Connector it doesn’t work at all. Sometimes a window pops up stating “device not compatible”. Logitech Control App doesn’t recognize the keyboard either. I already tried resetting my iPad, reinstalling the app and cleaning the Smart Connector. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

logitech combo touch 8th gen ipad Bought my son a Logitech Combo Touch keyboard for his 8th gen iPad. No matter what we try, the iPad shows no sign of recognising it when attached. Have tested the keyboard with other iPads and it works. Have sent the iPad for full diagnostics which came back clean. No idea what to do next. Any help greatly appreciated

Same happened to me with the same setup. It was easily fixed by updating to the latest firmware, 13.4.1
