logitech combo touch 8th gen ipad

Bought my son a Logitech Combo Touch keyboard for his 8th gen iPad. No matter what we try, the iPad shows no sign of recognising it when attached.

Have tested the keyboard with other iPads and it works. Have sent the iPad for full diagnostics which came back clean.

No idea what to do next.

Any help greatly appreciated

So sorry that your Logitech keyboard is not connecting to your iPad.

A number of suggestions were made in previous discussions as follows:

Update to the more recent iPadOS version which is 15.2.1 https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/ipad/ipad9a74c576/ipados
Disconnect the keyboard and restart your iPad and the reconnect the keyboard
Contact Logitech Support http://support.logi.com
Contact Apple Support

You can contact Apple Support as follows:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.
