Bought my son a Logitech Combo Touch keyboard for his 8th gen iPad. No matter what we try, the iPad shows no sign of recognising it when attached.
Have tested the keyboard with other iPads and it works. Have sent the iPad for full diagnostics which came back clean.
No idea what to do next.
Any help greatly appreciated
