Wrong email for AppleID

Someone made an AppleID using my email (looks like they mistyped theirs since our names look similar), and now I get emails regarding his activity. I can't even contact the person without their email or delete/disable the AppleID since it's also linked to their phone number. Is there anything else I can do?
