Do all iPhone 11 Pro Max’s come with 60 days AppleCare? IE for the 39 dollar screen replacement and I believe 100 dollar for Any other damage? Jw cause I’m still debating and I know I have like 53 days left to decide if I want to purchase the 2 year thing but I’m jw if I’m covered until then?

No. You are not "covered" if the screen breaks. Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty at all.
If you want the screen replacement and 2 incidents of damage coverage you will need to purchase AppleCare + prior to your 60 days.

If a Faulty Device:
Perhaps, and only, perhaps, if it is new out of the box. As mentioned above, Accidental Damage is not covered by Apple Care.
