iPhone froze on an annoying tiktok now nothing works

Oh my lord my phone froze on this super annoying video and I mean like FROZE I couldn't swipe up to go home I cant adjust the volume the power button is unresponsive I tried restarting it for like 10 minutes nothing is working. I got the video to SHUT UP after plugging in and unplugging my headphones (paused the video automatically and allowed the screen to time out) but now I just literally can't use it at all...touching the screen and pressing the power button does NOTHING the only way I can see the screen is if I get a notification. Nothing is working. i can't restart the phone. I am.....completely shook. this isn't the first time this has happened either and we will not be letting that SLIDE, APPLE! Usually this just resolves itself in like a minute and my phone restarts automatically but it's been like 20 minutes now and nothing works at all soooooo what do I do because this is wild.
