Regarding I phone X back glass

Is it not possible to fix or replace I phone X back glass. I approached Apple store at banaglore Jayanagara & cunning ham road service centre but they told its not replaceable I need to pay 57000/- and they will give replacement. Way should I pay 57 K when my phone is working good except back glass crack

in private service centre they are ready to replace it but way it is not possible in apple service centre’s it is non other than Cheating the I phone users
