I went to an apple authorized service center yesterday when my phone iPhone 11 got damaged and they have said to replace the mobile and it costs to 44K and it is too much cost.
Why the apple support was there for replacing the defective part of the back glass.
If I go for replacing is useless and I can buy a new phone with having the defective phone. It cost 55K.

The back glass on iPhone is fused to the phone and CANNOT be repaired or replaced. As such, your only option is a replacement phone, what Apple calls an Out of Warranty replacement. If you don't want to purchase a lower cost replacement, you can always just buy yourself a new phone.

All of the parts of the phone are attached to the back cover, and the glass is not a separate piece. Apple's solution is to replace the phone at a lower cost that buying a new replacement.
You can choose to just buy a new phone also.
