iPhone 11 esim

The QR code from Telstra installed but is not working. If I remove it, do I need to have a replacement QR code to scan or is there another option?

You will need to ask Telstra however in some cases the same QR code will work when you attempt to reinstall the eSIM credentials on the same iPhone.
