I have 2 accounts on my iPhone. How do I remove one?

There are 2 accounts on my iPhone. One account is not mine. I suspect its from the support store that fixed my phone a while ago. I am unable to trace the guy or remove the account. The phone is prompting an update but I dont have to password.

The account seem to have loaded/updated some apps and the store told me I have to reset the phone because I don't know which apps are linked to that account.

Please help me remove the second account without deleting my data.

You won't be able go remove it since you cannot contact the person you mentioned. Is the phone activation locked? You will not be able to remove the activation lock. And, under your circumstances, Apple support will not help you.

Okay - Thank you. If I do a backup and reset the phone, will I be able to reload my data?

If the password is only being requested to do app updates, one option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the your ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
