"An error occured loading this content"

I have 2 apple tv’s 3rd generation. One is hooked up to wifi one ethernet, fios gigabit. This error occurs only with movies purchased with itunes, not netflix or disney plus. When i try to play a purchased movie I get the error about 50% of the time. It usually resolves with a restart. Software is updated. Probably spent over 1000$ on movies purchased through itunes, annoying that its not working well. This has been happening for about 4 months. I’d imagine this is a problem on Apple’s end?

Hello,

Apple TV's copyright protection system could be activating. Try unplugging the HDMI lead from the back of the Apple TV and from the back for your TV then plug it back in to see if it resolves your problem.

I bought new hdmi cables and cleaned ports with compressed air. Works great now thanks.
