Purchasing ESPN+ Subscription Through Apple Blocks ESPN Discount Bundle. Can I Please Get a Refund?

This morning I was signing up for ESPN Plus and UFC249 discount bundle on my iPad and was prompted to pay using my Apple ID. When I purchased the yearly ESPN+ subscription I did not receive an option to buy UFC249 at the discounted price. I contacted ESPN Plus customer service and was told because I used Apple to pay I was not eligible for the $30 discount that was advertised so I did not buy the PPV for tomorrow night. I immediately contacted Apple, explained, and was advised to cancel my subscription which I did. I was told it would take up to 48 hours to even see if I was eligible for a refund yet the fights are tomorrow night. I haven’t even used ESPN Plus and canceled as soon as I could reach Apple Support. I’d like to get a refund since I haven’t used the subscription and buy the bundle as advertised on ESPN Plus. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks
