Where can I get a digital download for microsoft office Mac 2011? I bought a MacBook Air used and it’s Mac OS 10.9.5 so I need something older. It seems to only support 2011. And it doesn’t have a disk drive.

Well if you have a 2012 MacBook Air you can upgrade it to macOS Catalina. Which will run the latest Office. But not the 2011 version since its 32 bits and Catalina doesn't support 32 bits software anymore.
If it has to be Office 2011. The last version of macOS to support 32 bits software is 10.14 Mojave. But as Noclue751 already mentioned. Office 2011 is no longer sold or supported by Microsoft.
So I fear you have to look for alternatives. Such as Microsoft 365 (which was called Office 365 till very recently), Office 2019 as a single one time purchase or free options like LibreOffice or Apple's own suite.
Thanks everyone. You have all been helpful. I don’t mind using any Microsoft office. I just couldn’t find one compatible. It looks like I need the upgrade to Catalina and I finally got it to run the upgrade. It looks like it got stuck mid install. It says it’s installed but then it still says it’s 10.9.5. Im not sure what’s wrong but I’ll keep trying. Thanks all.
You can't any more. It's discontinued. Microsoft no longer sells it.
Look int an alternative like Libre Office.
I see it on places like softwarekeep.com. Is that not good to buy from?
its saying it’s updated at 10.9.5. But it seems it should update to Catalina? I’ll have to search why it won’t come up as an option for an update. Because then I’ll have more choices! Thanks.
if you want no compatibility issues with MS Office 2011 then make your Mac system no higher than SIERRA. PERIOD.
