Can’t download apps
i've tried everything and i don't know why, i still can’t download apps. Please help.

I click on the App i want to download, and it loads a lot of time and finally it doesn’t download the app. I’ve tried lots of apps, I updated version, changed apple IDs, changes payment methods and still.. didn’t work. Theres no explanation for this..
