Refund of unwanted subscription to Apple TV

How do you get a refund of an undwanted subscription I signed out for it and was charged anyway/

This is a user forum, you are not addressing Apple here nor will any rep be reading this. Once a subscription is initiated it will be billed to the account, regardless of if it was used. The subscription will also auto renew until cancelled by the user.


Once cancelled that will stop future payments, but not issue a refund. As per the terms all sales are final and it would be up to their discretion as to whether a refund is granted. If you had previously spoken to someone from the support team and were told as such then you will need to call back to inquire further.
