Refund request from Apple TV
I would like a refund from being recently charged by Apple TV because I didn't want this subscription

Users would only have subscriptions that they signed up for. It is always with consent. Trial subscriptions would mostly auto-renew as a paid subscription, if not canceled on time – as agreed at sign-up moment.

- You can request a refund for a subscription. You will be asked to provide a reason. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support. Billing statements list the merchant, but not the product. It wouldn’t list there whether it is for Apple TV.
View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support. Each charge to your Apple ID account will specify the products, including for subscription fees.
View your subscriptions overview - Apple. Check what active subscriptions you have on any specific Apple ID account.
