The back of my iPhone is shattered and the front is cracked

I have apple care and the back of my iphone is shattered and the front is cracked. It also has issues with the display and battery. I was wondering if i could just replace it with a new phone instead of repairing it. How would i go about doing this and will there be a fee?

The warranty does not cover physical damage.

Contact Apple support for your options, you will have to pay for an out of warranty replacement.
