I received an email saying that the replacement has been sent & delivered, but I haven’t received it

Hi,


Ive requested a new phone due to my current one having a cracked screen. I’ve received an email saying that I have 4 days to have the old phone sent back but yet I have not received the new one. I also received another email saying that the replacement has been sent & delivered but I haven’t received it.

Can someone help.
