If I cracked the screen of my phone can I trade it in for the iPhone 11?

You won't get offered very much money for it but you can trade it in.

Not sure how many times I've pointed this out to you but about 4 years ago now Apple did start accepting damaged phones if they were new enough but they significantly reduce the amount they will provide.

I don't think Apple would except a damaged device as a trade in.
