Not if you want certain features, such as Face ID to work. A used iPhone screen can't be coded to work like a new iPhone screen. Apple wouldn't even do this for you. And if you do the work yourself, you stand a high chance of messing your phone up. In addition, Apple won't touch a phone for service if the phone has been serviced by the owner or a 3rd party iFixit type of service.

The best (yes more expensive) option is to pay Apple to put a new screen on your iPhone.
