Where and how can I buy refurbished iPhone11 max or any other latest models?

Is there warranty after buying for refurbished devices?

Apple only offers refurbished models of those iPhones have been discontinued. Like iPhone 7, 8, X, Xr, Xs etc... not the current 11.

And yes, they all come with the standard 1-year warranty.

Check the Apple site for your region, then scroll to the bottom of the page to see the link to Refurbished and Clearance link. Note that not all regions have iPhones in their refurbished section.
