I can't move a file from desktop to trash.
By trying I get Error -43

What File? I believe that Error -43 has something to do with "file not found"
control (right) click on the file and select Get Info, then post a screen shot of the info window.
Try re-naming it something besides ? and then see if you can move it to the Trash.
The file is a PDF on my desktop, and now I've opened with "Open All Files". but after that I wanted to do it again but nothing happens. When I put the mouse-pointer over the file there are 2 arrows on the file (one pointing left and the second pointing right and and on the right one there is a small wheel that keeps turning.
Sometimes I still can open it with "Open all files" but I cannot get it into the trash.
Is Macintosh HD>Users>French Jordens>Desktop your user's folder?
Any luck yet?
