There is no CD button in iTunes for Windows
The instructions say that if the import dialog window does not open, the click the CD button in iTunes, but there is NO CD button on the screen. How do I coax iTunes to import the CD?

If you mean that you've put a CD into your CD drive and now wish to find it in iTunes so that you can import it, it's the CD icon that only appears once iTunes sees that there's a CD in the drive:

Yes, that is where it should be, mine was not there. I finally re-booted and on the second re-boot, it reappeared. Thank you.
