I turned on my screen to find it flickering black bars. My phone is unresponsive and I’ve tried to reset it with the on/off button and down volume button but it won’t work. What’s wrong with my phone?

Forgot to mention what the screen looks like. There are multiple thick black horizontal bars flickering over my lock screen photo. And my lock screen photo is now basically just the top 1/5 of my normal lock screen photo multipled so it looks like a vertical collage.
