Fingerprint touch ID
Setting up new iPhone 7 for my child. When I got back to settings there is no drop down for “Touch ID & Passcode.” So I cannot add another finger print. Ideas? I’ve tried hard reset.

Screen Time restriction is active on your iPhone.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Passcode Changes - Set this to ALLOW.
