Not able to reset the Face ID

Not able to reset the Face ID .. it’s always asking lower your phone !!’ Already moved to multiple directions but still nothing happening ??

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. If that does not work then -
