iOS 13.4.1 notification center clear button not always shown

Hello everyone.

I hope you are all well and safe.

I bought an iPhone 7 a couple of days ago and updated the iOS version to 13.4.1 the same day. Now, whenever I want to bulk clear several notifications, I have to individually clear them because the Notification Center Clear button (x) is not shown at the top-right corner, except for Gmail notifications and that also doesn't always show the (x)!

I also cannot access my notification center by swiping down when I'm on lock screen.

I didn't have a chance to see how it works before the iOS update, so I don't know whether the issue was there before or it is because of the new update!

It's weird and annoying.

I really appreciate if someone can help me with this.

If you didn't do a forced restart after updating your phone do it. It's a good step to take after every iOS update.

Go to Settings/Notifications/Show Previews and change to Always.

It's on Always.

I just figured out if I want to see my older notifications on lock screen you have swipe up from the middle of the screen! (Which is bizarre)

Thanks mate!

I probably need a couple of hours to see the result but it seems Force Restart solved my (x) problem.

But I still can't swipe down to access notification center while I'm on lock screen.

Any ideas about that?
