Lost space after deleting Boot Camp

Hi everyone, I have a Macbook Pro late 2011running OSX High Sierra, today after removing the bootcamp using the disk utility I lost the space occupied by the Windows partition, I tried to merge this empty space with Macintosh HD using the disk utility but an error occurred during the process, I read some discussions here about typing the terminal inputs (diskutil list) and (diskutil cs list) but im getting different results, can someone please help me merge this space back to Macintosh HD?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12

  • Boot into Internet Recovery using Command+Opt+R
  • Click on Utilities -> Terminal, run
    • diskutil list and verify that your internal disk is disk0. Change the disk0 to the correct disk, if different
    • diskutil unmountDisk disk0
    • gpt add -i 4 -b 781460632 -s 195312503 -t windows /dev/disk0
