Photos app separates iPhone photos with map data from pictures taken by other cameras without map data. Now my pictures are DISPLAYED AND PLAYED out of order. How do I keep all of the photos in the correct order they are taken?

If you create a album you can sort photos.
You are not going to micromanage sort order in the larger library coming from different sources.
