IPAD crashes and crashes and crashes regardless of restorinng it over and over again

Hello people, I have an iPad mini 4, since the last few days it keeps crashing over and over again. I've restored it to last backups, restored it to factory Settings, and it keeps jumping to the screen where it asks me if I want to shut it down, I have Lots of free space also, I've been using only less than 20 of its 64gb. Help please!!! If any of you have had this sort of trouble. Also, software is up to date.
