Fraud transaction

I received message from bank that a transaction was done on itunes. I have not done this or authorized the transaction. Can Apple help in reversing the amount?

Regarding a transaction Hi. I got a call from my bank saying that there was a transaction performed to iTunes for 59$. But I haven’t subscribed for any service of iTunes and I haven’t provided my bank details to iTunes. How come a transaction was performed? Can I know the reason? Unknown transaction I’ve had a transaction of £9.99 come out of my bank account for Apple but I don’t know what it’s for. I do not use Apple Music or any of the other “apple” apps and wondered if it was possible to be refunded?
