I followed those recommendations I am already restoring.
Remove the passcode on your iPod touch (6th generation or earlier)
Make sure your iPod touch isn't connected to your computer.
Press and hold the Top button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider to turn off your iPod touch. Connect your iPod touch to your computer while holding the Home button. Keep holding the Home button until you see the recovery mode screen.

My phone is an iphone 6 it has the following information (iphone is disabled on itunes). What happens is that, there is no connection between the phone and the computer with windows 10. You asked me to download the Apple Mobile usb devices, I already ran no longer connect.

this is resolved, thank you and I apologize if I am not clear. but there were two problems:
1- The computer did not recognize the cell phone
2- The phone was disabled, due to the insistence of wrong codes because it was in a panic situation.
