YOUR PURCHASE CANT BE COMPLETED

So, i have purchased an itunes gift card and i added it successfully but when i’m trying to purchase from a game it says ‘YOUR PURCHASE CANT BE COMPLETED’ !

Where’s the problem ! i hope to fix it as soon as :D

Buying So I just recently got an apple gift card and I decided that I wanted to use it on a game that I like but when I would go and buy the in game items i get a pop up saying “your purchase can not be completed” and I’m confused because I logged out and back into my Apple ID on the App Store and I restarted my phone but it still doesn’t work? your purchase could not be completed I redeemed a gift card from my friend on my birthday. Then, the next day when I try to purchase games. It turns out that "Your Purchase could not be completed" What's going on?
