Cool. Thanks. It just looks like the screen is kinda rippled when you look at it from an extreme angle, it feels a bit rubbery to the touch, and any kind of finger oils look blue from the same extreme angles. Is this an anti-reflective coating on the screen? Don't get me wrong the screen is beautiful, and doesn't look damaged in any way.

Yep, that's exactly it. What you're seeing is the anti-reflective coating. Just a recommendation when cleaning it. Only use a lightly moistened with water microfiber cleaning cloth. No matter what any other company sells don't use any solvents of any kind, even if they say "Made for MacBook Screens". The anti-reflective coating can get damaged using solvents.
Thanks for the suggestion. As a photographer I never clean screens with anything but slight moisture and a microfiber cloth. I figure if it's good enough to clean $5000 lenses it's good enough for a laptop screen.
No. It ships like every other MacBook. No screen film.
