Where are the Photo Albums in Finder? I want to transfer specific Albums to external Drive and Finder is not showing the photos organized by Albums....it just shows a long name and makes it very difficult ton identify them. Any suggestions?

Photo Albums are not in the Finder. They are virtual, like all the organisation in Photos. That means that a photo can be in more than one album and use no disk space.
There is no way to export an album as an album, as it’s a concept that doesn't exist in the Finder. What you can do is export all the images to a folder isn the finder, and you do that using the File -> Export command.
