I spilled some coke by accident all over my macbook pro 2019 three days ago and now some of the keys are sticky and kind of stuck. Is there a way of maybe removing and cleaning the keys without doing any damage myself? In case how?

It sounds like you have damaged you Mac. Visit an Apple Store (when they reopen) or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the Mac and advise you how to proceed.
There likely could be damages from the cola's phosphoric acid. This can erode solder
+ metal on logic board; may require ultrasonic & immersion to remove residual cola.
Depending on how far liquid has gone, cleanup & neutralization may save logic board.
