iPad Pro 12.9 2019, updated to OS 13.4.1 and now some keys on my my Brydge Pro 12.9 keyboard no longer function, the number keys 7 8 9 for sure.
How do I return my iPad to the previous OS? Honestly, it makes me wonder if this is intentional to discourage users from purchasing 3rd party hardware that's less costly than the Apple version.

Wow. That fixed it! Wouldn't have figured that out on my own! And no, I wasn't aware of the Brydge Connect app. Even so, now that Apple has an iPad trackpad keyboard, I may sell the Brydge (no trackpad) and buy the Apple model.

Except in very specific circumstances (that do not apply in this instance), you cannot return to an earlier version of iOS/iPadOS.
