Ipad screen is unresponsive

I bought IPAD 3, After a month, the cscreen went blank and its unresponsive.

Battery is full.

I even did press the home button and the power button together, but no response.

I updated the software via Itunes. But no response. Actually, it turned once after that and it went off again.

But screen closing sound is coming.

But the screen is black.

Any idea?
