How to access 'Application Support' on my MacBook Air

Hi!

Hoping someone could help me access Application Support, I am trying to access the app 'Teams' for work and the IT support have given me steps to follow which include accessing application support but I cannot find it anywhere.

Did you mean this:

If so path is /Library/Application Support

May be also ~/Library/Application Support (inside your account)
