IPad is disabled

My daughter entered the wrong password into my IPad and now it is disabled. It wont connect to Itunes like it wants me to. What can I do. I know the password but it wont allow me to enter it.

So what’s the problem?

  • entering your passcode
  • problems with your iPad, when connected to your PC/Mac being recognised by iTunes
  • entering your password (this presumed to be your AppleID)
  • something else


Please provide clear details of your actual issue, including explicit details of any error messages - and, if possible, screenshots.
