Apple TV on my PC...HELP

I've downloaded a movie on my iPhone, in the Apple TV app.

I just downloaded the recent Apple iCloud, and then signed on to Apple TV, with the 7-day trial (to see if I like it better than the services I currently subscribe to).

My problem is that I get no top line (like you see on the advertising photos), that give the options to "Watch Now, TV Shows, Movies, Sports, Kids, Search...", or something like that.

I just get the shows/movies that have been pre-selected by Apple to watch. I can't determine how to watch anything else either.

Also, how do I get this Options Bar across the top of the screen?

"Watch Now, TV Shows, Movies, Sports, Kids, Search..."

Please HELP,

Those are only available within the TV app, which is not available for Windows. You will only have access to the Apple TV Plus service online at tv.apple.com

Apple TV Plus is a service for Apple originals only.
