I just installed ios 13.4.1 now my iphone goes to sleep while playing videos on Safari. Please don't tell me to go to setting and set the sleep timer to Never. The phone should not sleep during videos regardless of that setting.

Have you opened the video to full screen? If you are using Safari to view a video within Safari, it can go to sleep, since Safari does not lock the screen open.
