My iPhone 6s kept crashing back to the homescreen while I was in apps. I restarted my iPhone and when I went to turn it back on it got stuck on the stock apple logo. I then hard reset it and the same thing happened. Any tips of what I could do to get off of this screen?

Try to connect it to itunes on a pc and reset it using DFU mode. That might help, except the fact that you'll lose all your unbacked up data.
