Iphone 11 screen not able to rotation 180 degree (upside down)

Your iPhone 11 (and all iPhones with a notch) will not rotate the screen content at 180 degrees. The notch is there at to deal with at 180 degrees. Your iPhone will however rotate at 90 degrees and 270 degrees.

I don’t think you can rotate the screen 180 degrees on an iPhone, just 90. On an iPad however you are able to.
