Battery health: iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hello Apple, I decided to write because I’m disappointed with battery health from my 11 pro Max, I bough muy phone in December and I checked the battery health on 4/16/2020 and it was 97%, that was unbelievable because I don’t use my phone excessively. So I checked battery health on 5/1/2020 again and it was 96% and checked again on 5/10/2020 and it is 95%. Really ? I can’t believe it because my brother has had iPhone XS Max for one year and 6 months and the battery health is 90%. So I don’t understand what happen. This is really disappointing.

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here.

Why are you checking your Battery Health so much? Battery Health report on the iPhone is an estimation based on the iPhone usage, your current charge level, how many full charge cycles the iPhone has made, temperature of the iPhone. It is not an exact science and as long as your Battery Health is higher than 80% at the end of 1-year or 500 full charge cycles, there is nothing wrong with your battery. Constant checking of Battery Health will only drive you crazy.
