Apple Configurator gets error at start: The server gave an error during download: 401 Unauthorized.

At launch I get the error

The server gave an error during download: 401 Unauthorized.

But I'm not downloading anything yet!!!

I'm using Configurator 2.12.1 because iTunes enterprise is not working anymore for downloading apps since March 18th. I see all the updates available but cannot download any.

iTunes for Windows successfully downloads all updates

Now Configurator stopped too.


What is going on Apple?! I deleted all prefs restarted Configurator, same issue

Very very frustrating !

After signing- out and back in , now it works again.

What about instead of putting a window with an error 401 just tell to

sign-in again?!
